Conflict over noise turned into a tragic story

The man in his 20s, who is now a suspect in the murder, had turned himself in to the local police station the day after the body was discovered. Evidence was gathered that showed the killer had attempted to erase the security footage from the camera, making it difficult to piece together the exact events of the crime. An arrest warrant was subsequently issued for the suspect, and he was taken into custody on the charge of murder.

Although floor-to-floor noise has been studied and documented in detail, there is much less data available on the impact of wall-to-wall noise. However, last year alone, there were over 40,000 complaints made to the local authorities regarding noise traveling between walls and floors, indicating that this is a major issue in many cities. The authorities are now working on developing better regulations on wall-to-wall noise to help mitigate the issue.
