While driving through Tokyo’s Minato Ward, it stumbled upon a vehicle from the Korean embassy with a mysteriously darkened windshield. A tip-off to the police department about a vehicle with an almost opaque windshield, bearing a South Korean embassy diplomat’s license plate, added another layer of concern.
